Compensation
Compensation is obviously important when it comes to considering a new opportunity, which is why we're fully transparent in exactly what your earning potential is with Society Mortgage.
Our commission plan remains competitive by offering you 150 BPS on all self-generated loans.
In addition to the resources we'll provide you with, we'll also supplement your pipeline with leads.
All commission is uncapped, and if you are looking to grow your business to become a branch manager, additional compensation based on your team's performance is also available.
Process
We have a powerhouse team of in-house processors and underwriters who will give you the confidence to let go, giving you more time to do what you do best.
These services do come with an additional cost, but you are welcome to process your own files if you wish.
We use an award winning LOS, Calyx Path, CRM, Lodasoft, and PPE, which will all be available to you at no extra cost.
During the first week of employment, we'll give you hands-on training to get the most out of these systems.
Our Pricing Engine has been tested against some of the most popular mortgage companies out there, and we beat them every time.
We also provide exclusive referral partner data that you can use to identify new business and generate more leads.
